REFUND POLICY

Digital Products

All products sold by Bleepbook are digital downloads and educational resources. Due to the nature of digital products, they are non-returnable and all sales are final.

Right to Cancel & Immediate Delivery

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once access to the digital content has begun.

Faulty or Inaccessible Files

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a digital product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing a purchased product, please contact hello@bleepbook.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement file, corrected file or technical assistance.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact hello@bleepbook.co.uk with your order details and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
